Flamingo Home Services provides professional window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services as described on our website and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property, including removing obstacles, securing pets, and identifying any potential hazards. Customers must notify us in advance of any fragile, damaged, or special areas that require extra care.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Flamingo Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on windows, frames, screens, siding, roofing, or other surfaces. We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and correct the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety concerns, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing the service effectively or safely.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
